Enable RSVP | Events-RB

Toggle Enable RSVP "On" to add an RSVP.  This will enable an RSVP with no time slots.  

Once toggled "On", time slots can be added by scrolling down to the RSVP Scheduling section, and also toggling Enable RSVP Time Slots "On".

Add as many time slots as needed, or delete time slots using the garbage can button.
