Onboarding Issues

  • WIFI not displayed on at sign-in screen; Open Command Prompt shift + f10 (dell PCs need shift + fn + f10) -> type start ms-settings: hit enter. Settings app opens, navigate to the networking Wi-fi page, connect
  • Office not installing - https://aka.ms/office-install
  • Password not working - get a temp password from 365 admin, enter once, user will enter the non working password on the next screen and new password x2
  • Autopilot seems stuck, go to 365 admin, devices, autopilot, select correct serial # matching user Service Tag, reload profile. This seems to start pushing updates immediately
