Tags can be used to target a Card towards a specific segment of your population.  This may be based on things such as interests, demographics, or risks. A Card does not have to have a Tag, and will be shown to your entire group if left blank.

At this time, only Benovate staff has access to add Tags to Cards, in order to protect PHI. If you need to add a Tag to a Card you've created, please contact clients@benovate.com or your account manager.
