Priority randomization allows a Card to "shuffle" each time the Member logs in, to give a unique experience each time should there be Cards that are not completed the 1st time they are seen.

To keep the Card at the top of the card list, leave this at 0. To mix the Card in with the rest of the Cards, add a randomization of 1-10.  This higher the number, the more it will mix in.
