Priority randomization allows a Card to "shuffle" each time the Member logs in, to give a unique experience each time should there be Cards that are not completed the 1st time they are seen.

If the card should appear at the top every time, set a high Priority and a Priority Randomization of 0 or 1. Example: If the Priority is set to 20, and the Priority Randomization is set to 1, then the card will randomize from Priority 19-21. If the Priority Randomization is set to 5, it will randomize from 15 to 25 each time a member logs in.
